Most users belong to one account — their company's. Users on several (ThinQ's team, or an accountant serving multiple companies) pick one: a session works inside exactly one. There is no all-accounts view.

Seeing several accounts means you've been added to several — e.g. ThinQ's own team, testing internally on behalf of clients, joins each client account as an ordinary user. ThinQ's internal ops & logs live on a separate surface — never inside this product.
